After you have gone through the checkout, you will be emailed (check your junk mail) a link to access and download the recordings. Begin at "The Shift Intro", then follow "Days 1- 30" as you see fit (you do not need to begin this challenge on the 1st of the month, but it might be fun to follow along with your calendar), you will also receive a 30 DAY SHIFT Tracker to track your results!!
